We hire applicants over the age of 18 year. You need to be 18 years or older for us to consider your application.

While experience is always a plus, no experience is needed.

Yes, upon being hired and following your orientation, you will receive in store training.

Yes, you will be paid during your training period.

All wages are paid as per State Law.

Yes, we offer overtime pay as per state law.

That will depend on your availability and performance. We offer both part and full time positions. Part Time (PT)– 0-25 Hours a week Full Time (FT) – 0-40 Hours a week

We will try to work with you, as long as Pico De Gallo is your first priority. Your other employer is willing to work around our schedule and your performance is not compromised in any way. We recommend having enough time gap between the two jobs, as we may request you to fill in/cover the shifts, come in early or stay longer then your scheduled time at PICO.

Based on your availability, performance and managers approval, and provided we own/operate a store near your proposed residence, we will give due consideration to your request.

You will primarily be working at one store, however in certain situations, we may request you to work temporarily, at another store.

If you are hired, you will receive a text / call from us within the next 24-48 hours following your interview. You will ONLY receive a text / call if you are hired.

With in a week of your interview.

You will be attending the orientation in our local office, to complete the paper work for the new hire and receive your uniform.

Approximately one hour.

We request you bring the following documents to the orientation.
State issued Food Handlers Card.
Social Security Card or Birth Certificate.
State or Federal Issued Picture ID, (Driver license, Work Permit, Green Card, Passport etc.)
